At TDS Apps Studio, we take your privacy and data ownership seriously. Under the Google Play Developer Data Deletion Policy, you have the right to request that your Khatalytics account and all associated personal and financial records are permanently deleted.

Options to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

You can delete your account instantly from within the Khatalytics Android app. This is the fastest way to purge your data:

Open the Khatalytics app on your Android device.
Go to the Settings screen (tap the gear icon in the navigation menu).
Scroll down to the Google Account section.
Tap on Delete My Account.
Confirm your decision in the popup dialog. All local SQLite database files, Firebase Firestore cloud backups, and Google Drive synced backups will be deleted instantly.

Option 2: Web Deletion Request (Manual Processing)

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can request manual deletion by submitting your registered Google Account email address below. We will process your request and purge all cloud backups within 7 business days.

Note: We can only delete cloud data synced on Firebase Firestore and Google Drive AppData backups. Local offline data stored on your device must be cleared by clearing the app cache or uninstalling the app.

All associated data in our Firebase Firestore database and Google Drive backups will be permanently deleted within 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the purge is complete.

What Data is Deleted?

When your deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently destroyed:

User Profile: Your unique Google Authentication identifier (UID) and registered email address.
Transaction Records: All manually entered income and expense items, descriptions, values, dates, and category mappings.
Cloud Backups: All real-time backups stored in our Google Firebase Firestore database.
Google Drive Synced Files: The private backup file (backup_transaction_database) created in your Google Drive AppData folder.

Data Retention Policy

We do not retain any of your financial transactions or personal records after deletion. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. However, we may retain anonymized, non-personal billing metadata (such as subscription purchase tokens) to comply with financial accounting laws and Google Play billing reconciliation requirements.
